Traditional methods for multiplexed spatial proteomic imaging are incompatible with scale, throughput and budget.  To this end we have developed STENCIL (Spatial Triage Engine for Navigating Cellular Imaging Locations).  STENCIL is your AI-driven pathology partner that firstly assists with selecting areas of tissue from low plex H&E images to create Tissue Micro Array (TMA) slides.  Secondly it assist with the creation of antibody panels for multiplexed tissue imaging to compressively characterise both the cellularity and architecture of the selected tissue areas.  Lastly it also aids in the analysis and interpretation of the data, comparing it to a database of age matched wildtype mice to provide a "tissue perturbation score" that aids in assessing drug risk.
